🧠On Feb 17, 2025, a person identified as Hu Lezhi transacted over 2,000 ETH, of which 603 ETH were burned (dead address). These transactions contain text messages in Chinese that refer to the use of “brain-machine weapons” and “brain-controlled organizations". Hu Lezhi argues that it is not a simple tool, but a mechanism of oppression designed to deprive humans and animals of their autonomy, turning them into digital slaves. According to him, people no longer choose freely, but are manipulated and directed by algorithms that shape their thoughts and desires. Lezhi’s onchain activity, which took place between Feb 10 and 17, 2025, includes: • 603 ETH were burned and sent to the 0x0dead address, permanently removing them from circulation (perhaps a symbolic protest?). • 711.5 ETH were donated to WikiLeaks, accompanied by messages alleging mass mind control via brain nanochips.

• 700 ETH transferred to “ndao.eth”. • 33 ETH sent to a mysterious “Grant Provider” address. His final message, attached to a 591.6 ETH transaction to WikiLeaks, stated: “Brain-computer chips have been militarily employed on a massive scale. All military powers are using base stations, radios, and brain-computer nanochips to control all citizens”. Lezhi also accused Kuande Investment (WizardQuant), a Shanghai-based hedge fund, of using brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) to manipulate employees. Lezhi left cryptic messages in which he said he believed he had been “brainwashed since childhood” and “robbed of autonomy” through a high-tech psychological warfare system.
