🌍RWA (Real World Asset) could really explode in the next months/years. This would give more "real" utility to the sector, however it would make the blockchain more and more "institutionalized" and regulated and I don't know how positive that is. It would certainly bring more adoption but regulation means centralization, higher taxes, censorship, less privacy and more controls.
