7) Evidence: connect the old wallet (Terrastation or Keplr to connect), read-only API on exchange. Evidence such as screenshots are strongly discouraged. If you have certain evidence and the old wallet, select "Luna Classic" when prompted and connect the wallet by signing the transaction (no gas fee). 8) Asset not on blockchain: in this case you must choose (or add) exchange and the API (read only) after having generated them from exchange. For example Binance API: account/API management/create API/System Generated (insert a random label to the API), you will get API Key (allows you to read the balance, prices, etc) and Secret Key (allows you to trade, operate and withdraw). API Key is required on the portal. Pay attention to the Secret Key because it allows you to operate on your exchange account (usually it is provided to Trading Bot).

9) Unverifiable assets: in this case, without an old wallet or/and API from exchange, if you have unprovable evidence it will ask you to upload photos (in my opinion it is very likely that you will not receive anything). 10) Additional supporting documents/evidence (if you have them): pdf, jpg, etc. 11) Contributed claims (third parties): I personally checked the box and then clicked "no". 12) Put all the checkmarks, E-Signature (your name), Claimant (yourself, if so).
