For example $W (Wormhole) was a great airdrop and easy to get, however those who held it might not be happy today. Same thing for Starknet. Worst airdrops for expectations and result I would say Scroll and Venom. Venom was a complete scam but it was in testnet (just a bit of wasted time). Scroll was poor, bad price action and a lot of inorganic farming (badges and dice). The others mentioned pay for bad choices (Ethermail, LogX and Mode listing, before distributing airdrops), little supply given away or bad price action.
