📉There have been other historical dates that in the last 40 years have caused world stock markets to fall. Let's see the main ones. 🔹October 19, 1987 - Black Monday (Wall Street): Dow Jones -22.6% in a single day, historical negative record. Chain sales also on European and Asian stock markets. 🔹September 11, 2001 - Attack on the Twin Towers (NY): US stock markets closed until September 17; upon reopening the Dow Jones collapsed by 7.1%, the worst session since 1987. Europe in sharp decline already on the 11th. 🔹September 15, 2008 - Lehman Brothers bankruptcy: Dow Jones -4.4%, S&P 500 -4.7%; sharp declines also in Europe. Beginning of global panic in financial markets.
