House update I'm getting shit done - met with the engineer for the crawlspace fixes - met with the flooring guy Moving forward with both - crawlspace work starts tomorrow - flooring delivered thursday, work starts next wednesday Next: - sourced a new vendor for custom closet - design consultation spending a fortune

I'm cutting myself off after these 3 items. The house is in great condition but I could keep going...I could redo a lot more in there but I really want to get in there and start living in the space then decide what we need and want next.
