So it seems like there are some problems into converting external media links into cloudinary urls on @warpcast This will affect the use of my @gif composer action for GIFs that were never shared before today! I am currently investigating if there’s anything I can do on my end, but chances are something’s up with Warpcast. 🙏 cc @gt @horsefacts.eth Thanks @christin and @jpfraneto.eth for spotting this

What’s cloudinary? cos if I click it doesn’t load anything. I mean, if it’s the cloud service used by warpcast for attachments it may be something on their side, but if not, seems more like a cloudinary issue (?)

Get this: @gt said that cloudinary -which yes it’s an image hosting service- is not being used anymore by warpcast… but nonetheless my tenor url gets transformed into that url you are trying to open by warpcast 😅 It always has! We had a long conversation and i am gonna try to remove the “.gif” extension from the url i passed back to warpcast, because apparently it works anyway and the url gets preserved 😅 It seems like the same gif i tested yesterday works now tho for some reason, it’d be interesting to compare the urls with this one above
