is the satellite bridge the best way to get from polygon to cosmos? better to swap to usdc before bridge? if i have matic and i want atom, say, would love to bridge matic and swap to atom without intermediate

I used squid router going from Arbitrum -> Osmosis and it automatically converted it to USDC in its route. It was super smooth for me at least.
