i still think slack is boomer software but the build quality and design are actually insanely high

just signal / telegram / whatsapp

but they break around 10 people so you have to go with slack at some point

Yeah been using signal for most when we are under 7 people and worked flawlessly for that. 

But like you said when it’s coordinating bigger than that it usually goes back to some software like Slack.
