What are your top near-term requests for improving programmatic direct casts?

Common requests:
1. Read APIs
2. Higher rate limits
3. ...?

(Assume full interoperability / decentralization is on the roadmap, but for later this year.)

Both read API and higher rate limit.

In addition, I hope to:
1. remove the limit, if the conversation is initiated by users. For example, a user sends a DC to the bot and the bot replies to the user.
2. limit the number of DCs per day that a bot could send to a user, if the conversation is initiated by the bot. This should help to decrease the spam DCs.
