Proposing new rules: - Cassie can remove any person at any time (reduces spammers) - There must be a cap to above so she doesn’t abuses her powers. Say 1/2 of the people who are supposed to be voted— meaning that in the first round, Cassie can eliminate 16 max. - Voting must happen at a specified time
