If you could only drink one type of coffee for the rest of your life, what would it be? Iced vs Hot , espresso vs filter, etc. I'd probably go with hot filter coffee

Chemex is not much different I don't think. I probably prefer V60 just because that was what we were using years ago when I was working as a barista
