I once had some questions for a German consulate about citizenships and what not so I emailed them and they promptly replied the next day with on point information. Koinly takes 4 days to reply to support tickets only to skip half questions and give BS answers to the other half

Was looking for a new internet provider. One company has 4.4 rating on Trustpilot, another available option - 1.4. Guess which one made me wait two weeks for nothing and had a condescending attitude and which one got everything sorted in two days and was nice and polite?
