I’m long one meal a day. It’s a leveraged bet on longevity. It comes with interesting consumer behaviours that you can go long on: like new types of restaurants & take out. Also new cultural norms and rituals.

Not eating a breakfast or lunch makes the days seem more productive. Can be hard at first, but after a couple of weeks the body adjusts.

What’s the benefit of skipping two meals?

It’s not so much about skipping two meals as much as eating the correct amount of food and giving your digestive system time to do it’s thing. There is an app called Zero that has a lot of info on Intermittent Fasting if you’re curious. But different eating schedules work for different people.
