I’m long one meal a day. It’s a leveraged bet on longevity. It comes with interesting consumer behaviours that you can go long on: like new types of restaurants & take out. Also new cultural norms and rituals.

Not eating a breakfast or lunch makes the days seem more productive. Can be hard at first, but after a couple of weeks the body adjusts.
