re, allowance lending, I figure there are two directions to go: manual or automatic. for manual, I choose the tipping delegates and we grow The Society of Wise Tippers slowly, one by one. Else, automatic and delegates opt-in via some front end.

There should be terms, too. Tippers should agree to donate some percentage to me, for taking the risk, and to Degenpad to reliably fund new projects.

If we can nail down the tip-split (ie, prevent users from deleting tips, whatever's needed to make that money flow reliable) and enough users participate, that could produce some nice yield, for me and for Degenpad (or wherever).

So now I'm imagining Wake Bank supports thousands of decent tippers and is earning me a good percentage of tips. That could be attractive to other whales. Maybe we make it so they can participate too, adding their money, growing the tip delegation pool. I'd earn less and that's good
