We just started having bountycaster.xyz go through the same issue of being wrongly blacklisted / flagged. Our daily bounty email subscription now gets marked as spam / dangerous

Your SPF record includes multiple sources (_spf.google.com and spf.efwd.registrar-servers.com). If any of these sources are not correctly configured or if they send emails that do not adhere to other best practices, it could still result in emails being flagged as spam.

Additionally, if the servers sending emails on your behalf are not included in the SPF record, those emails might fail SPF checks.

Steps to Improve Email Deliverability:
1/ Review Email Content: Ensure your email content follows best practices for avoiding spam filters. This includes avoiding spammy phrases, ensuring a good text-to-image ratio, and not "overloading" emails with too many links.

2/ Enhance DMARC Policy: Move from a none policy in DMARC to quarantine or reject to actively prevent potentially fraudulent emails from being delivered.

3/ Regular Monitoring and Adjustment of SPF and DKIM: Keep an eye on the performance of your SPF and DKIM settings through DMARC reports and adjust them as necessary to accommodate changes in your email sending practices.

4/ Improve IP Reputation: Use dedicated IP addresses for sending emails if possible, and ensure these IPs maintain a good reputation by adhering to bulk sender guidelines provided by major ISPs.

To reduce spam flagging, you might consider moving to a "quarantine" or "reject" policy once you've confirmed that legitimate emails are passing SPF, DKIM, and DMARC checks without issues.
