We always hear “time is money,” and while I agree with that, sometimes it’s just as important to unwind. What you do with your downtime can fuel what you do the rest of the time. For me, spending time outdoors is key—even though I work a remote job that’s 100% online. Those short solo trips around the block or to the park really recharge my energy and focus. It’s also where some of my best ideas come to life (I think, anyway 😂). What about you? How do you recharge after a long day?

To be honest I just scroll through TikTok to clear my head or take a drive at night

Ahah, I bully my tiny lil bird with kisses, I check my library and re organize, go out for a walk, I draw, or organize messy cabinets. Wash my face or brush my hair, etc anything human. Work is always in my mind too, but I also have so many different interests I can easily focus on. You should dm @thedude for meditation and/or breath work tips so you can empty out your mind in a healthier way. Also depending on what content you consume, it is literally (legit) programming you for good or bad. be mindful bro 🫶🏼 tiktok is a blessing and a curse
