There is upspeak, vocal fry, etc... Will the inevitable AI accent that develops be more annoying?

This cycle we will see: - Some people will do custom coins like trump because they want to control the distribution of the token. But, this requires a dev team, getting market makers, etc - The majority will use pump.fun because you don't need to do anything other than have a good meme

In the photo, you'll notice that Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s "Bud" sticker is raised or 3D. This was not just a promotional exercise but actually driven by aerodynamics. The camera that this photo is from stuck up 6 inches or so from the roof of the car. This caused "drag" which would make the car slower as it raced through the air. To combat the drag, the team figured out that if they stacked stickers on top of each other like shown, it would reduce the amount of drag by directing the air above the camera more efficiently. Ultimately, this small little trick produced more speed resulting in many wins for the Dale Earnhardt Jr. team at "drafting" tracks such as Daytona and Talladega.

Using Cybertrucks as power banks to help with the fires is only possible because they have too much inventory: https://insideevs.com/news/747195/tesla-cybertruck-sales-demand-2024/

Aerodynamics in motorsports is one of my favorite subjects. Back in the mid-2000s, NASCAR was essentially running the sideways profile of a wing as a car.

One of the interesting signals I experienced with Pinata between 2018-2021 was how people responded to us being bootstrapped at the time. Talking with other founders, mostly in SV, they couldn't believe that was still a thing. It's not that you have to bootstrap to be a successful founder. It's just that your worldview of what are real outcomes and what are ZIRP outcomes is poor. Within crypto, this is magnified 10x.

In our "How did you hear about us" data, there is a notable difference between during the week responses and weekend responses. My hypothesis would be that during the week speed is the priority while on the weekend learning is more valued. Week vs weekend

With crypto file storage, it's not about how files are being stored i.e. decentralized or not. But about how they are being accessed i.e. address-based vs traditional authentication schemes.

Funnily enough, I can apply this to how most of today's startups and investors chase ideas. Prigs, as Graham labels them, are found anywhere power can be gained.

We launched private IPFS this week. It allows you to manage your crypto files privately while retaining the best parts of IPFS. It's pretty neat. https://www.pinata.cloud/blog/what-is-private-ipfs/
