The DUNA proposal represents a pivotal moment for Nouns. I want to emphasize that DUNA and arbitrage are separate issues and should be evaluated independently. We don’t need DUNA to address the potential arbitrage from the fork. I believe that non-DUNA Nouns has the potential for a more exciting, impactful, innovative, and unstoppable future. Great work from the Vrbs, super excited for flows.wtf. Has the potential to fundamentally change how Nouns thinks about funding and is a step toward protocolization requiring less active governance.

The current fork threshold is 30% (~210 Nouns), which is roughly double the number of active voters. This means, that if a proposal passed which was highly against active minority voter values, they would have no way to fork today.
