my thesis is that everyone will end up having the capacity to create mini apps (regardless of their perceived level of competency with programming) and exploring their creativity through them. the tooling will get easier and more intuitive and that world is fun. creating is fun. and seeing other people create is inspiring

went training this am without having checked social media (logged off yesterday after the big dip of the coin and sharing my thoughts on that) and spent 88% of the run thinking how bullish what happened yesterday is overall imho. thought that even without the bouncing of it. running is such a special moment for thinking

i will keep building on base and putting my creativity and self in service of a mission that i can still not yet fully comprehend or have clarity in how it will unfold, or even why, but that i trust in. and for doing that i need to follow leaders that i resonate with there are takes about today everywhere. but there is also clear, straightforward and truthful action and experimentation and thats what i value the most. besides all the noise of people complaining about X or Y there is a huge amount of suffering and polarization happening in the world. and i believe that what we are doing here is adding a grain of effort in service of that transforming into a thriving humanity that puts creativity and the expression of our uniqueness at the core of what we do on the internet how? i dont have a clue. no one has a clue. but it takes stuff like today to stir the pot of consciousness and give birth to new ideas and practical expressions of what is and can be jobs not finished and tomorrow we keep showing up gn

i went to the gym with my partner and the baby that is inside her. it makes me happy. its a nice ritual that we have together. and the coach that guides us is a old friend so there is trust in him taking care of her pregnancy 🍐 appreciating life!

today i spent 30 minutes writing a stream of consciousness vomiting anything that came out without judging it and without trying to give it any direction. it just happened and i allowed it to happen. most of the time i was actually judging myself and what was coming out. but i allowed that to be and actually wrote about that. it felt like an ongoing and eternal rant that could have gone on and on. it has been going on and on and on. every time that i write like that. it keeps going. but something new that i have been doing is sending it to an ai to have it help me make sense of my nonsense. what’s the actual value of that process? what am i not seeing? what is hiding behind my tendency to judge myself? and what came back was actually super helpful. healing. it opened a door for actually wanting to do it more. as @tokenizedhuman told me a few hours ago, writing is a skill. the more you do it, the more you recognize yourself as you are doing it the more your voice manifests through the nonsense of “you”

16 weeks in, she is growing nicely. what makes me happy is that her mother feels that the people that are taking care of her are nice. that builds up a feeling of safety that is one of the most valuable things for this process. and today we went together to the osteopath (she first and then it was my turn) and when she came out she told me with a smile: “i feel as if i had taken mushrooms and was on a cloud”

i want an app that allows me to create workouts smoothly and intuitively (running intervals) and that then allows me to export the results on a chart that’s cooler than this this one is garmin connect. i don’t like it. what app do you use? (completed the training of today successfully. it was great)
