Running lots and for first time in 4-5 years, feeling “athletic” again. It’s entirely personal, relative, and subjective but feels significant to me. Biggest thing I’ve had to relearn is that running fast is not just muscular and aerobic fitness, but sustained high pain tolerance. Anyone resonate with exp?
