3/ If you prioritize scalability at the expense of decentralization and security, you’re essentially recreating the legacy tech we aim to replace. Our objective should be to craft solutions that effectively address the trilemma. This post isn’t meant as a critique of any specific chain.

In defense of the misunderstanding masses, if their chief use case is minting JPGs, the low tx cost will outweigh any other consideration. It’s tough to sell decentralization and security, which are more compelling arguments for those looking to settle value at size reliably.
