Is it possible to get a current employee of Coinbase Wallet to assist me? There is no way to contact anyone from your apps. I dont need a list of what to do’s. I need legit tech support please.

This has been my biggest issue with Coinbase. Have you tried Twitter support? They told me they aren’t active on Farcaster and it’s best to seek them out via Twitter. I tried live chat but none of the support is ever helpful. It’s like I am talking to a bot every time, despite them saying they are “human”. I don’t know what is going on with them but pretty much every time I explain the issue, they never understand it and eventually I am getting an email and continue conversations there. This is the only place that will be helpful unfortunately.

This is my exact same experience. Its like my country hates me or something. Yes. I will reach out to them there. I just so sick of this crap. Its too bad because there is so much potential but I cant enjoy crypto anymore and that had me really messed up and so disappointed! We need a team of crypto natives who have a whole job just to track down scammers and get retribution for victims.

I am sorry that you’ve fallen victim and hope someone will be able to help you. I am not sure if it’s helpful, but I have Walletguard installed on my browser ~ it checks for any suspicious activity before you sign a transaction and you can also lock your assets.
