Part II My storyteller and I discussed various future points of interest for the story we're running, one of the things we discussed was the fact that Noc's story is a tragedy on the level of the Count of Monte Cristo, a tale of torture, imprisonment, and self-destruction where the hero continues to torture himself well after the imprisonment is over because he cannot love his nature. Noc has always hated his beast, feeling trapped by the hunger and drive that come with it. We've decided Noc needs peace. He needs growth, and no matter his age it's never too late. Don't let anyone ever tell you TTRPGs are worthless. This is how we heal, we play with the aspects of our worlds that terrify us, gaining control of our fear and giving us a deeper understanding of our nightmares. End. I hope you enjoy the weirdness. Questions always welcome

This was amazing. I love how you articulated this! I can relate being trapped physically and mentally in a prison that had so many forms you cant see a way out anymore except for the only way out. ๐Ÿ˜‘

I equate it very much to the sensation of being transgender, I feel like Noc has been my guide through the experience of navigating my own identity, and while I recognize his self-ness, it doesn't take away from the understanding he's helped me achieve, if that makes sense
