This post made me think. Sharing my thoughts: Pain point: In India, there are over 20,000 restaurants on Swiggy and 12,000 verified restaurants on Zomato. There is no way for the restaurant owner to know who their loyal customers are. Customers, on the other hand, have no clue how much are they spending.

Continuing my thoughts: Solution for customers: Customers can use Reclaim Protocol to verify how many times they have used certain restaurants. They can also see their total orders an money paid over time. There are few solutions out there but none popular.

Recently, I saw this tweet: showing total orders + money paid over one year: https://twitter.com/subhashchy/status/1742214882140070336 (we also have some Chrome Extensions out there). There is definitely a demand for an app like this as it excites the customer to find his spendings.

Solution for restaurants: Blackbird is a new app which was recently funded 24 million dollars. They focus on creating repeat customers for restaurants via NFTs. Nothing like this exists right now and restaurant owners can use the app built on Reclaim Protocol to find their loyal customers on Swiggy and Zomato.

They can also see how big their order was — as the customer is giving permission on the other side.
