Can someone help me find the user numbers on the ARPANET from 1969 to 1983 and the Internet from 1983 to 1993? All of the data I see are for the World Wide Web (1993+) which is basically when the ARPANET hit PMF.

I'm looking for the best resource on finding research papers across a host of topics - family foundations, migration patterns, tech trends , etc.. Does anyone have a good resource? Google search isn't getting deep enough results & on the flipside, books are too detailed

How do you flex your status on the internet? Think about this deeply and give me a non-specific answer.
