gochujang is perfect!! i like seasoning pork with sesame oil, cumin, oyster sauce, shoyu, garlic, ginger and gochujang! it's a kind of pepper that won't burn your soul but leave you with that pleasant burning sensation long after you eat i don't feel like it attacks my stomach either

i think you can substitute oyster sauce for togarashi! it'll be just as salty, a bit less creamy. Or just some nori!! hmmm add that to a dough made of 1 flour : 0.5 water and you'll have delicious gyozas 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴
