When you log in to the jam site you can get your phrase from it

I have the seed phrase of all my farcaster accounts but this does not work like that.. I guess, I tried importing it on jam but nothing happened, I think the jam account is derived from the other, and this is the seed phrase that I would need.. a good chaos of wallets and addresses..
