The specific incentive we are talking about here with the voting pertains to:

It requires having $AERO locked which gives you voting power, which you then use to vote for the the TN100x liquidity pool on Aerodrome.

After the voting period you will then be able to claim those weekly Aerodrome incentives (I will claim ~500K TN100x today for example).
Additionally, the more people who vote for the TN100x pool, the higher the APR for those who provide liquidity to that pool so the more AERO emissions you earn off of it.
It is a FANTASTIC flywheel.
