used coinbase for the first time in years because wanted to check USDC on Base off-ramp and it doesn't let me add my bank details to cash out EUR - it only lets me add Coinbase bank to send money in.

it is happy, however, to offer a 'small' €21.30 fee for getting that to my debit card 🤡

Have you checked out Holyheld or Gnosis Pay?

Both debit cards that you load with your crypto.

If you want to use P2P well Binance has it and Bitget has it too.
