The last BTS shot I casted was from this same angle. It’s one of my favorites with the San Gabriel mountains engulfing the city but also extremely hard to catch a cloud inversion as the height of the fog needs to be super low. 

My bucket list shot from here would be to catch it with snow on the peaks as well.
