There's not enough research done about increasing the human brain's neuron & synapse count. Technically, there isn't a hard cap on that (other than limitations of our current skull size, but we could change that too and become closer to Xenomorhs). We, the overclocked apes, need more overclocking.

Many of the younger generations flaws are analogues to parking a car in a near empty parking lot; you take twice as much time to find a perfect spot, compared to a nearly full lot.
