You have to pay a random person on the internet. You can’t talk to the person and you both have to commit to a means of payment in advance. If you pick the same you’re both rewarded, else both penalized.

that way I could have ~100% hit rate with ~1B internet users (~20% of total internet users?), basically settling for a ~20% chance

not sure I could achieve a similar chance with any other payment method globally thinking
