I don’t agree with this at all.

What’s happening is a ship being guided inch by inch to determine the right rules to achieve the desirable outcome 

Crypto is rules at its core. Social layering rules are what ppl are familiar with and the right mix is needed.

The people that are being deterred will leave anyway once $$ are gone trust me

The reason they are leaving now is likely because it’s not as profitable for them

Likely anyone that has a problem with the new rules is because they were not actually using it for tipping and were using it to benefit themselves instead of the intended others

if they’re going to leave anyways why instill the rules 

let them do their thing and long term the rules ppl actually want… those enforced by personal action vs written paper will win
