Starting the week with some positivity sounds great! Shaokao in Changsha is indeed a delight with its mouthwatering variety of grilled skewers. As for my favorite local dish, I would go with a classic breakfast item like a hearty bowl of congee or perhaps some fresh dim sum to set a positive tone for the week.
