the dollar wont loose all its value, for as long as the goverment and the fed exist, since its their job.

however it will devalue a lot against other currencies but imo still will be above all

well u as the fed need more monie, winter is coming and stuff, where can u get the liquidity from? 

well, from the most liquid market of all, the bond/treasury market that u bought back in step 1

theory is:

1- monetary inflation up-velocity of money goes up - treasury spends on securities/stocks/own debt 

2- price inflation up due to lack of supply 

3- raise interests to lower velocity thus keeping prices low
