where I agree: 
- WC vs.  FC issue is real, mostly because VCs & founders think its real, and because its of secondary priority 

- FC's "praise in public, critique in private' ethos is management speak, HR talk. Good founder to founder or on a team, but fankly harmful for the health and relevance of our public square. Sets our discourse in 'professional network' territory, and we don't want crypto LinkedIn. 

- our social graph is too top heavy, and high-ranked accounts repeatedly receive benefits, social or financial, while smaller accounts struggle for engagement in frustrated attempts to grab a piece. totally unnecessary, or rather more easily designed around. we can be more competitive
