looking to setup an incentive scheme for my adhd cousin to do math. earn points by completing assignments and gaining mastery in khan academy, maybe multipliers for streaks. and he could redeem them for comics or ps5 games or whatever whitelist of products. does this exist? on crypto rails?

How old is the cousin? Wouldn't they just use ai to speedrun  the online tests for the ps5 games?
