and only through ppl resonating and embodying the values on a long time horizon honestly. won't hurt to mention it directly and use in speaking engagements, networking, etc. but largely an attrition based dynamic imo

I'm thinking a lot about collective sensemaking in networks. coming from the DAO space, we've done a lot of intentional in-person facilitation to find a group's shared beliefs and values. curious about ways we can do more of this digitally. but think IRL component will always be essential

would love to hear more. my aim for qbase is in part to act as the digital component, but am interested in the irl experiential data. what makes the irl essential?
