The BTS of creating a web comic from scratch👇 1/4Writing (1-2 months) The writing phase kicks off once a writer is onboarded. This stage involves the creation of the narrative, lore building, and world development, culminating in a comprehensive story bible. Weekly script submissions are typically part of this process, allowing for continuous feedback and refinement. 2/4 Pre-Production (1-2 months) Pre-production begins alongside the writing phase, running concurrently as soon as the story bible is completed. This phase includes concept art, character design, and outlining key plot points. It’s a time for visualizing the world and bringing ideas to life. The goal is to finish this within the same 1-2 month timeline.
