Also got married at 28. Great time to get married. 

As for life advice... Not sure I can give some. But... 

1: don't take things or people for granted, 

2: time flies, especially when you get kids, make use of the time you have, and don't say "I'll do it tomorrow, or the day after" 

3: it's the little things in life. Quality time with family pays off more than any gold or crypto
