If you are an Ethereum true fan and have watched the movie Vitalik:The Ethereum Story, you will know that this isn't the first time @vitalik.eth  claimed a sole decision-making role in the midst of changing the Ethereum Foundation Leadership Structure.

What i am saying is that Co-founders of Ethereum went on to open their own projects like Polkadot , Cardano  and Consensys because they didn't like what @vitalik.eth  had in mind (vision) for Ethereum. History is repeating itself but with the current situation it's happening with Ethereum Foundation employees and contributors.
