Okay here is a quick answer, check if it's your farcaster wallet address. 

If yes, import your seed phrase into a dex wallet like bitget or metamask or any of your choice and claim or commit

is there no solution for me? i got new phrase because i accidentally deleted the app on may 30th and forgot to save farcaster phrase
