what info does it share with the app? i guess it needs to share user id and repo id?

Right now you give it a repo and it answers if a given user is admin or not. The UX is: - I paste an issue or PR link - I pool some tokens - Admin sends the tokens to contributor And from there you can automate more. Like actually verifying a merged PR, which is connected to an issue, which has a bounty from the admin in its first comment. To let the contributor claim directly, skipping the admin
