They seem to have really nailed both talent and brand (esp public comms) so I wouldn’t write them off just yet

Agreed, I think they’re investing a lot in the storytelling to keep people interested and buy themselves time to figure out the product

they have absolutely legendary talent
beyond impressive craft

and yeah they have the mfin legend josh lee on storytelling / video production 

but still, i feel like they are spending money like it’s 2021, just feels unnecessary levels of spend
