I feel like cast actions are underexplored

Some stats on the 189 cast actions currently featured on the Warpcast discover page:

Tipping and stats-related: 77 actions
– 32 Degen-related
– 20 from Floaties
– 5 Moxie-related

Translation: 18
Moderation: 14
Games: 11

Excited to see more novel use cases

The cast actions dialog has had some funky styling for a bit when handling longer action names, think it would look more consistent with a `text-left` on the name span

Discovery could use an overhaul (maybe with Explore?)

The menu on desktop should also be left-aligned imo

Also from the action menu (or at least the actions settings menu) I'd like to be able to see more info about the action (or link out to a page with more info) since just the name alone doesn't give enough context especially if it's not an action you use frequently
