Back on creatine from today. It's hilarious how the public perception has shifted on creatine in the last 10 years. When I first started, you had to be vigilant about your water intake, go through a loading phase & the whole thing has a cautionary vibe to it. Now it's just 'pop 5g everyday, it's good for your muscles & your brain' and everyone advocates for it.

Just add 3-5g to your daily smoothie/shake and stay hydrated! You'll gain a couple of pounds in the starting week or so because your muscles will start retaining water.
