pretty sure this is more warpcast infra and less app-side

plus seen increased rates of sign in failures.

source: i sign in ~15 times a day for past 3 months, switching between accounts, noticeable increase in last 2 wk.

lol was testing authkit out for first time yesterday and had the exact same thing (intermittently). wondered if there is any rate limiting I might have hit? agree a frames-style dev test page for logins would be great

Experienced this a few times as a user in the past couple of days. Would definitely be useful to know what going wrong.
