– NYC is S tier, in a league of its own
– Miami belongs in the same tier as Vegas
– Austin is way better than Houston
– Seattle should be added to tier 2
– Tier 3 should be split into tier 4

Agreed. Seattle should definitely be in tier 2. Also San Diego should be in tier 2
