I'm looking for a place in nyc this summer (preferably areas south of Midtown). Is anyone subletting or know anyone who is? Or any suggestions on what the best way to find a place is? Some things I've tried are StreetEasy, Facebook groups, and briefly looked into NYU dorms.

Facebook groups are your best bet for something like that, StreetEasy is typically 1 year+, you can also try LeaseBreak https://www.leasebreak.com
